RUNNING LATE?

If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, our doors will be shut, your appointment will be cancelled, and a 75% service fee will be charged to the card on file. Your spot is reserved for you, just as others reserve their time. Please be respectful of other guests. 

If you are going to be late, please text Sarah at 216-203-5127 or send a DM on Instagram. 

CAN'T MAKE IT?

Multiple confirmations + reminders are sent to you via text + email before your upcoming reservation. Inner Glow now requires a 24 notice when cancelling an appointment. Same day cancellations will result in a 100%  service fee to the card on file, no exceptions.  

DON'T BE THE PERSON THAT DOESNT REACH OUT. 

I understand things happen. But with all of the ways you can let me know you can't make your appointment... not showing up is unacceptable and unfair. If you no show your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the service to the credit card on file. Additionally, you will be blocked from online booking and Inner Glow will require pre-payment for any appointments desired in the future.
